Hello Everyone !!!
Today I am going to talk about a perfect nude lipstick in Lakme N 119 NARENDRA KUMAR( he is a fashion designer in india).
In my childhood days I use to feel that their is only one brand of lipstick in this whole world and that is Lakme, because everyone around me use to wear only lakme lipsticks in those days. How funny was that? We were not allowed to wear lipstick as a children ,accept for school functions. So Lakme is an eternal and nostalgic brand for me and i am sure for many of you. coming to this lipstick n119, i got this lipstick as a gift and at the first I just did not like this shade,it was kept in my drawer for almost a year untouched. Untill the whole nude shade fashion was inn.So this was the time to try on it, and it looked amazing on me,I top this lipstick with the lipgloss and now i used this one the most..So thought of sharing it with you all..Here are the pics and swatch of this lipstick..

Price- It was gifted so not sure of it.

My views-

Plus points-
1. Good pigmentation
2. Staying power is 2-3 hours
3. packaging is same, nothing new.

negative points-
1.It is not enough moisturising. It leaves the lips looking dry if you not apply lipgloss on top of it.

My rating- 3/5

1 cup maida
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp yeast
pinch of yellow food colour
1 tbs oil
1 cup sugar
half cup water
few strands of saffron
1 tsp limejuice
1 tsp cardamom powder
oil for frying

Makes 13 to 14 jalebis

First in a bowl dissolve yeast in 2 tsp of warm water .
Then add maida ,cornflour, yellow colour, oil, mix it well
Add water accordingly so as to make fine paste like mix.
Close the pot with aluminium foil and keep it in warmer place to ferment for about 2 hours.
Then in a pan take 1 cup sugar , half cup of water.
Add safron strands and cardamom powder, lemon juice.
Keep on medium flame
Make it to boil and turn off the gas.
Make a sugar syrup same as we make for gulab jamuns.
Keep the oil for heating on medium flame.
Then take the fermented mix in ketchup bottle.
Check the temp of oil,it should not puff up right away. Oil should be medium heated.
Then put the mix in spiral shape in fast speed .
Fry it well. It dont takes much time to fry.We need a light golden colour.
Then put the jalebi in sugar syrup for just a minute and take out.You can put 2 to 3 at a time in the syrup.
Jalebis are ready to serve, you can serve them hot or cold.

and ofcourse jalebi and samosa are the best combo in the try this combo...cheers

Veggie Dal Pasta...

This Recipe is a very nutritious and tasty recipe.Kids will enjoy this recipe for love pasta so i have made this pasta in dal and different types of vegetable. This recipe is very good not just for kids but also old age people. It has less oil , less sugar and lots of nutritious elements. It is a very good lunch box recipe for kids. This is a complete meal for kids.

Ingredients -

1 cup pasta of your choice
1 cup boiled toor dal
4-5 pieces of cocum
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp haldi
1 tsp red chilli powder
5-6 curry leaves
2 tsp gaam masala
water as needed.
sugar 1tsp
salt as per taste

you can use any veggies which are available to you.I use these-
2 carrots cut in pieces
1/4 cup peas
1/4 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup beans
1 tomato

1) Boil all the vegetable except tomato.

2) Boil the pasta ,add a little oil while boiling the pasta ,so that it does not stick together.

3) Take a pan, heat the oil in pan. Then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, haldi.

4) Blend the boiled dal in mixer then add the boiled dal and fry it well, add adequate amount water so as to make dal thin because as we add pasta it becomes thicker.

5) Then add the pasta and all the vegetables.

6) Then add tomato pieces, cocum, chilli powder, garam massala, salt and sugar as per taste. mix it well.

7) Let it cook for about 5 -6 mins. Serve it with coriander.
