Anarkali Churidar....

Anarkali churidar suits have come in and out of fashion, so lets take a closer look into this re-emerging trend!  Anarkali is an Indian word coming from the mogul period. The top of an anarkali sits slightly below the knee and the bottom half of the top is a flaired skirt that extends from the waist until below the knee. The waist area is usually cinched just below the bust area to create a flattering silhouette.  Since the top is so full, the anarkali churidar suit top is usually worn with churidar bottoms.  This outfits suits both thin as well as oversize women.
